Applicant Key Qualifications:

  • Sales experience with customer service qualities.
  • Self starter - Self motivated
  • Candidate must be able to juggle multiple leads at once/multi-task.
  • Basic computer application & cellphone knowledge.
  • Experience with pricing/quoting systems helpful, but will train.
  • Basic knowledge of the structure of a house (tape reading)
  • Comfort using the phone and email to interact with customers and to position business solutions.

Description

As a Sales Consultant you introduce JWS Technologies products, technology, and services to window and door customers. You spend time on the sales floor, meeting first-time and current customers and learning their needs through effective listening. You generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone or through in-store meetings and events. For customers with more complex needs, you work with the entire Sales Team to formulate solutions. You inform and offer customers the JWS Experience for buying windows & doors--an easy and hassle-free method of beautifying their homes. By captivating the interests of our clients and providing solutions to their window and door needs, you help build success for the customer, your team and the company.
